Eastside Iron, LLC is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of using our equipment services.

 

Payments:

We use a third-party service, Stripe, to process payments for our microgym rental. When you make a payment, you will be directed to Stripe's secure payment portal to complete the transaction. By using our services, you agree to abide by Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy, which can be found on their website. Please note that we are not responsible for any errors, issues, or disputes that may arise in the payment process with Stripe or any other third-party service. If you have any questions or concerns regarding payments, please contact us.

 

Refunds:

We are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction with our microgym facility services. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please let us know and we will make every effort to address your concerns. 

 

A refund for transformation challenges may be provided if an injury or illness prevents the customer you are unable to use the equipment permanently, not if the customer chooses to end the program early for any other reason.  Once registered for a transformation challenge, you may be eligible for a full refund if you meet exceed the agreed upon weight loss goal.   If you are eligible for a refund due to injury, illness or if you successfully complete a transformation challenge, we will process the refund as quickly as possible, usually within 7-10 business days.  The initial price of the investment may also be applied to future membership fees as decided by you, the customer. Please note that refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. Any fees associated with processing the original payment, such as credit card processing fees, may not be refunded. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny a refund in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

All content on our website, including text, images, and videos, is the property of Eastside Iron, LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

 

Limitation of Liability:

Eastside Iron, LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our website or services. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from your participation in our equipment services. Eastside Iron, LLC is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of third-party services, such as Stripe.
